Ron & Lisa Henry

- We have been married 21 years on November 15, 2018. We have known each other since 1992.
- We were married at Knott’s Berry Farm and had our wedding blessed at San Antonio on June 7th, 2008.
- We are both Catholic
- Ron converted from Episcopalian as soon as we were married.
- This is a second marriage for both of us
- We have a blended family; Ron has 2 sons and Lisa has 1 son.
- We love being together watching Hallmark movies, going to the mountains. We love watching the birds and being in nature. We also like taking pictures and researching our genealogy,
- We think marriage is about being able to live with your best friend. Always being there for each other. Working out our problems no matter what. Being open and honest with each other and sharing our feelings. Being together through thick and thin.

Jeff & Kristina Simons

- We have been married 25 years this May
- We were married at Holy Family Cathedral in Orange.
- We are both Catholic
- Kristina was born and raised Catholic and I went through the RCIA program in 1995ish.
- This is our first marriage
- We have 3 children – Samantha 19, Lauren 17, and Matthew 13
- We love watching the kids play softball and baseball, we like the beach, and we enjoy getting away and going camping.
- We move from Holy Family to San Antonio in 2004.
- Most of the time we are Sunday at 5:00 unless we have a conflict, and then we will shoot to go to 10:00 am on Sunday.
- We know that we have made a serious commitment to God, to each other, and to our community. We do love each other regardless of our faults or our misunderstandings… We’ve learned that it’s a give and take… it takes patience, understanding, compromise, and a lot of work. While we don’t have that same young love we did when we were first married, it’s matured as we have a different and deeper love, along with a better friendship.

- For us, marriage means loving each other no matter what. It should be built on trust, communication and respect. Your spouse should be the one person who’s always there for you, through the good times and the hard times. Most of all, we believe a strong marriage should be centered on God and guided by faith.
