Music & Liturgy

Choir:

The Music Ministry leads the congregation in sung praise and extolls the glory of God through music. Music Ministers promote an atmosphere of prayer and worship at each Mass and help the people deepen their understanding of and their relationship with God. This allows the people to renew and increase their faith through music and to express feelings in ways that words alone cannot. The San Antonio Music Ministry consists of instrumentalists, cantors, and multiple choirs and ensembles, both contemporary and traditional.

God calls us to use our time and talents to the glory of His name. Don’t leave it to those who have been serving faithfully to keep leading our music – make a difference and join our music ministry! All of our ensembles and choirs need more instrumentalists and singers.
