You are invited to join in the fun at Alta Vista Country Club on Monday, October 12 for the 30th Annual Knights of Columbus Charity Fundraiser Golf Tournament.

Due to pandemic restrictions, this year’s outing has been scaled back, and we are following safety guidelines. Please note:
- Face masks required in check-in area
- Individual player carts available
- Play From Any Desired Tee
- Four Hole-In-One Contests with Major Prizes!
- Minimal Gathering… After completion of golf and after checking with the Raffle Prizes table, a prompt departure is recommended (Dinner not provided)
10am to 11:30am Check In (All players must be pre-paid before tournament)
Raffle Tickets Available at $10 each for Prizes of Foursomes at Various Golf Courses. Be sure to check at the raffle table after round of golf to see if you won.
10:15am – Driving Range and Putting Practice Green Open
11:30am – Box Lunch provided
12:00noon – Tee Time! Scramble Format – Shotgun Start
Player Fee: $150 (Must be Pre-Paid by October 2)
Early Bird Foursome: $135/Player (Must be Pre-Paid by September 18)
Tee Sign Sponsors: $125 each
