Cell Phones for Soldiers

Do you have an old cell phone that you are not using? Did you know that by donating your old cell phone you could give a soldier valuable minutes to phone home to his/her family while being deployed? “Cell Phones for Soldiers” hopes to turn old cell phones into more than 12 million minutes for prepaid calling cards for U.S. troops stationed overseas. This is a small way for you to show your appreciation to our men and women who have sacrificed the day-to-day contact with their own families to serve in the U.S. armed forces.

If you would like to donate your old phone to this tremendously worthy cause, please simply drop your old cell phone in the “Cell Phones for Soldiers” collection box in the Parish Office during office hours. You may also contact Susan Bertoglio at (714) 289-8225 who will gladly pick it up from you.

Thanks to kind people such as you, we can provide enriching experiences to soldiers overseas who cannot talk to their families very often. Your old cell phone can truly make a difference!
